Quality requirements are just as variegated and diverse as the range of ingredients for cereal bars. Whether in the classic or premium range, food safety is always our top priority. We use only carefully selected and tested ingredients.
For specific groups, we have developed specific solutions. For many years, we have been creating tasty organic products by processing raw materials from controlled organic cultivation with great care and in compliance with all statutory provisions.
We have a lot of experience with the making of products that comply with the Jewish dietary laws (kosher) or Islamic law (halal). Gutschermühle is certified under the current international food standard IFS so as to offer you maximum safety.

Along with conventional products, Gutschermühle has been producing organic products since 1999, which makes us true pioneers of the industry. Strictly according to Jewish dietary laws
Since 2004, Gutschermühle has also been producing kosher products on request. The cleaning of the production facilities and the careful selection of raw materials play a major role in this process, which is checked at regular intervals by a rabbi. We work together with OK Kosher, one of the most renowned kosher organisations, and thus offer our customers a high level of safety and international recognition.

Permitted for use in your market.
According to Islamic law, ‘halal’ means permissible or allowed. Through appropriate cleaning and the avoidance of certain raw materials, we are happy to offer halal certification for your products on request. Working with the renowned and globally recognised halal organisation HCS enables you to enter markets that would otherwise be closed to you.

Managing the allergen risk beyond the production process
More and more people are affected by allergies in general and by food allergies and intolerances in particular. As a result of the increasing allergen risk and the declaration obligation laid down in the law, brand owners and producers come under increasing pressure.
To be on the safe side, Gutschermühle runs an integrated allergen management system that includes the choice of suppliers, the production process and proactive compliance with the Food Labelling Ordinance (Lebensmittelkennzeichnungsverordnung / LMKV).
