Reportage: Focus on Gutschermühle

We are delighted to have been featured in depth in a recent article by Chemiereport.

The focus is on our participation in the Decarb4SME+ project run by the ecoplus Food Cluster of Lower Austria—an important building block on our path toward more sustainable, climate-friendly production. As a competence center for the development and production of bars, muesli, and snacks, we are working intensively on how we can further reduce our CO? footprint while making our processes even more efficient. We are convinced that both are possible in harmony.

The multi-page feature impressively highlights just how diverse the challenges—and the opportunities—are for small and medium-sized enterprises on the journey toward climate-neutral manufacturing, and how crucial collaboration, exchange, and continuing education are along the way.
