annual complaint statistics
When we closed the annual complaint statistics for 2008 we thought that we are almost at the end of a falling graph when we ended with a value of 1,22 complaints per million units sold. Nevertheless, we tried hard in 2009 to even achieve a lower value. Now, after having finished the calculation for 2009 we ended with 0,64 complaints per million units sold. That makes us very happy and proud as well – but this time it is clear that the graph will make a turn. It is not realistic to aim for a 0,06 … is it? Well – let’s give it a try! The less complaints, the better!
