Producing 3 layer cereal bars is one the technological expertise of Gutschermühle.

Sandwich type bars can contain Fruit fillings such as apricot, apple or black berry marmalades or any type of milk/yoghurt based creams containing strawberries, peach juice or even chocolate.

Within that centre layer we can incorporate any liquid functional ingredient at a very low temperature - special flavourings can also be mixed into the cream during this process.

A drizzling station for the decoration of the top layer - again with different types of sprayable ingredients - can also be used in any part of the process – Visualisation of key quality attributes is one of benefits ofthis device.
