Gutschermühle’s cereal bar line is a Sollich Conbar 650 and has a capacity of 3,500 tons of bars per year. The line of products ranges from plain cereal bars to chocolate-, milk- and yoghurt bars, fully- or half coated and 3-layer sandwich type products. Various organic products are also available.

In 2002 Gutschermühle has invested in a sandwich line whereas cream or fruit filled bars can also be manufactured. Drizzled bars are another possibility which we manufacture for various markets.

The packaging capabilities range from 4- or 6-pack multi wrappers to 4, 6, 8,or 10 bar carton boxes. Single traded outer containing 24-36 bars are also part of our packaging portfolio.

Our customers define the bars weight currently varying from 18 up to 65 grams. All processes in production are fully automated in order to our contribution to offer best value to our clients the high speed SIG packaging line is producing 650 bars/minute of finished product.
