Crunchy Muesli
(One of ) The first crunchy muesli baking sites in Austria was Gutschermuehle´s Muesliland production site. The production process involves coating a dry cereal mixture with a syrup before baking to just the right crunch.
Gutschermuehle’s crunchy line – Meincke Turbo 2005 – is the ideal technology for producing a successful crunchy muesli product for the international market. Our customers have a broad range of packaging option: net weights of 250g – 2,5 kg, various sizes of boxes and bags. Last year, customers all over Europe entrusted Gutschermuehle with the production of more than 2 million kilograms of high quality crunchy muesli.
Our crunchy muesli bases come in the poplar varieties such as chocolate or classic, but varieties can be as diverse as our customer´s requests: maple syrup, berry, banana... Vitamin and mineral fortification is, of course, possible as well. From freeze-dried fruits to organic nuts, the muesli bases are then enhanced with quality additions from our great range of ingredients from trusted suppliers. One of our special capabilities is using real chocolate in the syrup which coats the muesli before baking. As far as selecting the various ingredients and proportion of ingredients goes... – it’s your choice, the possibilities are almost as unlimited as your ideas!
