Gutschermühle’s on line systems checking the weight of every single Müsli box or single bar - creating data packages ready to send to our customers in real time were installed 2003. These data collections are not only part of the commitment to total transparency but also the base for sharing any scale up benefits on a ongoing basis.
Gutschermühle was the first private label company to introduce state of the art on-line x-Ray inspection units on mueslis as well as single cereal bars - these devices are capable of detecting foreign bodies down to 1mm particle sizes.
Gutschermühle’s drive for excellence is also reflected by targeting the approval of BRC standard and IFS accreditation in order to fulfil specific Uk market needs. A valid Organic and Kosher certificate also commits to the versatility of the production portfolio.
