Allergen Management in Practice

Beginning of March the well-frequented Fensenius Intensive Seminar on the subject of "Allergen Management in Practice" took place in Cologne.
Beside top-class speakers from authorities, laboratories and the industry (Dr. Oetker, Mcdonalds, etc.) our Head of Quality Management Dr. Markus Dürrschmid was invited to present the topic of "Allergen Management in purchasing and product development".
The event presented an excellent possibility to exchange with colleagues from various fields of food industry and to discuss strategies of risk avoidance for allergy sufferers among the consumers.
